Default Replacing the Valve Cover?

I would like to replace my valve cover with a powder coated one. Looks straightforward but wanted to check if any hidden problems? Is gasket sealer recommeded? Proper torque? Any thing else needed to know about doing this task?
Thanks

You cant go wrong with gasket sealant. But, make sure you have a new gasket with ya cover. As far as TQ, you may have to email Dodge or mopar for the proper tq

You are to replace not only the cover gasket, but the spark plug well seals as well. They recommend the use of Mopar RTV GEN II at the camshaft cap corners and at the top edges of the 1/2 round seal. Tighten the fasteners (studs) in the sequence shown below using the 3 step torque method shown above the sequence below.

First torque them in sequence to 40 in. lbs., then 80 in. lbs. and finally to 105 in. lbs.
