i'm surprised to hear that you had those problems. did you contact hector about it? i have one of the first sets of the current version of the hard pipes, and other than having to trim about a half inch off the cold side pipe they fit perfectly. if you had called hector he would have either helped you out figuring out why they were fitting so poorly, or he could have gotten you a new set if you weren't happy.

if you think the ED pipes suck you should try installing the JMB ones.....we pretty much refuse to do it now they fit so poorly.

there are quite a few people around here that have ED's pipes and no one has had any complaints like that. why did you cut the fmic rather than the hard pipe?

i cut the intercooler because it seemed easer than cutting the pipe.

Hey, RR, are you having any boost leak problems? cause i am pretty good, too. And i have the smae Mopar set-up. I checked for leaks, Psichick suggested it may be the Mopar BOV. Is there a compression test i can use or make somehow to find out where the leak is coming from?

Thnx
No, my BOV is doing great. It's boosting just like it should and the SS Supercharged that tried me the other night can agree to that.

Huge! When I hit second, he was put far behind instantly a few car lengths, but I had to turn up ahead fairly soon, so when I hit third I had to stop and slow down.
