Where did ya buy it from ? ... sounds like a knockoff... I have it on mine and it is the standard SSShhhhhhhh sound high pitch and then fading.... it will make the shhh shhh shhh sound at very low boost but most of that noise is intake flutter.

 

ya it does have that noise. i got it from turboneonstore.com. it came in the hks box and everything

 

the hks doesnt make the noise twice... its only a loud high pitch shh... even if u change the piece in the inside to the purple peice.. the purple piece just changes the noise to a low pitch one... if u want the shh shh noise go with the blitz bov... shops tell me alot that the noise has to do somethin with the wastegate

 

So I just found out that HKS did redesign the SSBOV about a year ago and removed the adjustment screw because people weren't adjusting them right.
