Default Alignment spec?

I am going to install the Eibach prokit on my car this week, I am looking for specs on what to set my alignment to. I am looking for an alignment that will not eat my tired for lunch. I have all components needed, Springs, endlink bushings, chamber kits front/back. The spec I have are- front 0-2.0 L/R Rear 0.5-0.25 L/R Rear camber ??--1.2 (factory recommended)

Front, prefered; 0.0 deg
acceptable; -.4 deg to +.4 deg
no more than .5 deg cross

Rear, prefered is; -.25 deg
acceptable range; -.65 to +.15 deg

i don't remember off hand what i have mine set at, i'll ask my other half tonight. i know he uses some combination of the stock numbers and the acr specs, and it works great for cars with springs and co's.

I would dial in like -.25deg on the fronts, and about the same rear. Negative camber will make it corner better, positive camber will make it track straight better.

Actually, I would dial in some negative camber, and positive toe in.
