She ran that with just those mods?? Hmmmm. I didn't have my SRT back then, so I wouldn't know for sure. I know Rick has a WGA, BOV, STS, bigger injectors, SAFC, MBC, Exhaust, no cat....etc etc.... The Drag radials must've made that run for her.

 

I didn't go through it all, but they seem to be pissing and moaning about the price of the mods done to it, so money seems to be a factor to them. Have you brought up the great difference in purchase prices between their cars new and the SRT-4's new. For most of them that leaves a $10,000 difference between them and that affords more than just enough mods for 11's. So even if there's $5,000 in mods in an SRT-4 that runs 11's, it's still $5,000 cheaper than their car and it's a Neon that runs 11's showing them nothing but it's taillights.

 

If they are friends, then argue away and let them know what a bargin the SRT-4 is in dollar to speed ratio.....If they are just $hit talkers who's minds are closed and what ever you say pro SRT....why try and let them in on a great secret that all SRT-4 owners understand....they are just a really fun car to drive and great to work with/on....some car enthusiast are only into what they and friends drive....I owned a 67 Camaro (327 Rammed), a 64 Box Chevy II (Nova, 283) a 68 Ford Mustang (351 Scevland) and even a 78 Ford Fairmont that I beat the hell outa....Loved all of em', but the money I spent on all of them throught the years, I coulda had my Viper (probably 3 of them!!!) The SRT is a dream come true, moneywise......

 

id be happy with mid 12s to be honest your just moving into ludricrous speed go when you get ino the 11s.
