spark plugs
How's your car configured? Stock, s2...?
If stock to stage 2 you could just use ngk v-powers. they go for like 12$ a set at the dealer (yes the dealer should have these) They will give you a little better spark than the champions...but I would replace them sooner than 30,000 miles. As I would any standard plug in this car.( I go like 9000 miles max, myself. If you do NGK iridiums you can get a bitcloser to your mileage. Best plug is probably the denso iridium, but they aren't cheap.
Also, if you haven't already, get wires, too - you will like.

denso's are definetly the way to go imo. i've tried the champions, the ngk's, and now the denso's. the irridiums are just a much better plug overall. smoother idle, smoother acceleration, no break up at all. i couldn't be happier. yes, they're a little pricey, but worth it to me. well, not even really that expensive, $50 for a set of wires, $12 for a set of plugs. i was changing my ngk's every 6k or so where i can get 30k from the denso's. so it's cheaper for me in the long run....
