funny, everytime i race a civic they always seem to see my altezzas at the end of the race. DOHC Neons have way more HPs then civics and bout the same as SI. Faster then Minime swaps and ZC SOHC DOHC. H22As stomp us but stock for stock has 45 hp more type r motors as well. If they wanted to flex they should try it on a SOHC highline neon on pump gas. Damn, I wish I had an srt-4 motor tho.

probably better off being a bit of an unknown entity. SRT is more mainstream now with more offerings, I have been into older muscle cars for a long time and srt meant nothing to me till I went looking for a new ride. I knew of the srt-10 viper but thought all the open top vipers for that year were called that. Didnt keep up on vipers since the tires for it cost more than the truck I was driving. there is a C&D has a good article on the 300 srt.....42 large, start saving.

and I am not talking about the Si, which is driven by a person who might have done something to it. I am talking about a regular four door Civic that thinks you are driving a Neon, and wants to show you what it got.....and all I do is smirk and think to myself.....aint worth the gas.
BTW those same "awsome power super fast top end" four door Civics EX used to try to race my super slow 02 Grand Am GT back in the day..... is it something in the AC of this cars that these people breath?... oh no, it is those magazines that tell them how great their car COULD be for a small fortune of course..

nothing funnier than a honda civic driving by my house, slammin it in neutral and jus revving the crap outta the thing. my reaction... jus smile and leave them blissful in their ignorance...
