Make sure that you keep it wet. Use windex, or there is a solution that you can get from some vynal dealers(works much better than windex). Spray it on and squegee out out of the liquid. The spray allows you to slide the graphic around to get it in the correct place. If you have any bubbles left, pierce them with a tiny pin and squegee the liquid out. The most important thing is to take your time. Good luck. It takes practice to get good at it.
Don't use windex unless your putting them on a window itself. Putting the windex on paint, underneath a decal....just isn't a pretty picture come removal time. Use a baby shampoo/water solution, or buy the solution itself.
Funny thing though, I've never done ANY of my decals using that solution. I've always just done them outright by hand....dry
