Default Need some help with my srt PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I have a srt4 2005 body i just stuck a complete engine, harness, and ecu in from a 2004... when i got the 05 it was missing the ecu and engine was locked.... im about sure that i have to get the ecu programmed with the vin skim and modules but i just wanted a little feedback on this. the car started up with the computer a few times then stopped starting all together with it, then i tried a ecu from a 2003 then it started right up then also locked out and will not turn it over. I have the complete harness from the 04 in the 05 replaced and connected under the dash with the 2005 inside harness. also i was reading a ecu from a 04 in a 05 will always have the cel light on but maybe because of a engine harness difference or pin out change.

Update i switched everything over from the 04
got the skim switch reciever and ecu all installed from the 04 into the 05... now it starts right up. Well now the issue i am having is its breaking up at high rpms and its not boosting hardley at all 7 to 10 psi max. i am also getting a p2074 right at start up like within 5 secs or less even after cleared. it runs like crap for the most part. ive done a complete vac check and its pulling the correct vacume at idel. ive also done a boost leak test. not sure why its running so bad and not boostin plus this code is comming up!!!

When you installed the motor did you remove the throttle postioning sensor at all? If you didn't touch it maybe its going bad, cause if you look at the code list it says manifold/tps corrlation, if the tps isn't reading right then the comp won't read the volts right and not allow you to boost that high. And when you did the boost leak you didn't have one correct?
