Default Front brakes sticking after pad & rotor replacement

So I recently purchased the "Sportstop FRONT PAIR Cross Drilled/Slotted Rotors 03-05 Neon SRT" for my car from modern performance and bought some new Mopar original OEM brake pads as well from Dodge.

To replace them I took the two big bolts off the caliper so that I could remove it from the rotor, swapped the rotor with the new performance one. Then I pushed the two pads out of the caliper and slid the two new ones in making sure the little metal spring clips were in the groove on the caliper. I then bolted the caliper back up with the two big bolts that I took out and put the wheel back on.

My problem now is that my front brakes are dragging. The car will move, though without hitting the brakes it will slow down and the front wheels are getting very hot. Because of this I have only driven the car a few miles not wanting to ruin anything.I also know when doing this to open the master cylinder and suspend the caliper with some wire so it does not strain the hose.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on? Did I miss anything? I have tried even taking the pads off and putting them back in again and still no luck. Thanks!
