Have you tried contacting Modern? They are usually great at assisting with instructions.

 

i bought these from a friend but they are from modernperformance.com but the friend doesnt have them anymore...PLEASE HELP and scan them and email.

I believe that's why he asked if you have emailed them...to see if they can just e-mail you a copy of the instructions. A lot of companies nowadays have them as PDFs as it is easier to just e-mail new instruction sheets out vs. mailing them.
