what people do not understand or accept with exhaust depot pipes is that they are purposely built to be too large. much of the time, you have to cut them. this is done on purpose. the srt's all have different sized pipes on them, and as such no single sized pipe will fit ALL of them. this is the problem that happened when the pipes were first released. hector used his car as a guide, and it turned out that his car had shorter piping than many other cars, so the pipes were short. so he made them longer to fit every car. if they are too long, you cut them.
i have yet to see a set of hard pipes that fit perfectly on every car. some are too long, some are too short. every single one has needed some sort of modification of something to get them to fit right. this is the nature of the beast when dealing with this mod. anyone considering getting a set needs to understand and accept that.
and believe me, the exhaust depot ones fit better than most. try getting a raptor or jmb set on there....i hate those....

exactly. To be specific, I got the Greddy type RS, the ATP hardpipe, and the perrin BOP all for $25 because of an error by paypal. That's what I meant.
OK, here's the new 'skinny'. Took over 4 hr[&:]to install the hard pipes, BOV, and 60mm T/B. Now before anyone says, "omg that long", believe me that was with help. Those pipes (UPP) and removing that 3rd Bolt form the Mopar BOV was a MUTHAFU**A[sm=scared09.gif][sm=shootshoot.gif]. Not to mention i had to remove ALL the goodies and install it.
and guess what occured the sec the job was done.......................... The Rain GODS!![sm=boosign.gif][sm=icon_flaming.gif] So i had no way in adjusting the BOV[&o]. So, as i ride i can hear a little whistle @ 'VAC' (nowhere near 1psi). I can tell ya this, the T/B is GRAAAVVVYYY[sm=happy046.gif]. The acceleration on tap.... meaning i shifted from 1st-3rd.... well ya can imagine the sensation
.
The only thing, if anyone is looking for a simialr mod, is the the BOV sits close to the ground[:@]. So maintanace/cleaness on the BOV must be a frequent check, any ideas in relation to the maintanace i.e lubrication with an oil or spray. Ill adjust the BOV 2morrow and hope my boost will increase back @ 19 cause 10 is not happening!!!!

once a year just remove the bov and oil it with some light gear oil. clean it off, and reinstall. that's about all you need. if it was a rfl then a lot more is necessary, but for most that's enough to keep it in good working order.
What do you oil? the internals, packing (o-ring)...
And thanks PSI for ya Tips....
