I run no cat on a 3". Wanna' talk about sounding mean and naaaasty? But I run it out the back, I feel bad for the people behind me when I am in traffic, sometimes.

Hee hee, YES! I run no cat on a 3" with no resonators at all. Completely custom. The rear section is painted black to match with the car, and instead of the exhaust going above the sway, it goes below and comes back up around the rear of the spare tire well. People have insulted it. But once you get the true 3" run it through the back (3" 02 housing, flex pipe and all), and you hear that turbo whirring.....good lord is that a cargasam if ever there was one

And yes I feel bad for people also. Especialy when the burning oil smell starts coming through. I really need to empty my intercooler one of these days. [>:]
Sounds cool. You got me beat on the resonators - I do have the one on the borla. Do you have any pictures of the rear section?

Ill take some pictures of the rear section tomorrow for you. Im burning oil like its going out of style. If you were to see me in my car at idle youd think I was on fire....dealer thinks my turbos gone and my engines half gone...diagnostics will tell.

Keep in mind that you cant smell CO2
I think some kind of heat shielding would be a good ieda too, you dont want to melt your carpet on a long trip or something.
