i was wondering because im buy either a srt-4 or a rally art lancer to do up and i was wondering if the srt-4 has limited slip dif in it or not

 

Lsd is standard on 04's and 05's 03's did without. The 04 & 05 have a quaife lsd. It is a very nice piece.

Not sure if you are talking about the ralliart, or the mazdaspeed. Maybe you misquoted yourself?

BTW - Great sleeper car, the Mazdaspeed prot. You are talking about the turbo'ed mazdaspeed prot., right? (hardly anyone knows what they are, thus the great sleeper factor) If not, don't even compare the two, the SRT-4 is in a different class(1000000000 times faster ) and has tons more potential. The srt-4 is a lot faster than the mazdaspeed, too, but at least the mazdaspeed has a turbo, and does carve turns like it is on rails.

The Lancer Ralliart is no Evo. Power is via a naturally aspirated 2.4-liter sohc inline-4 featuring valve timing and lift technology. Output is rated at 162 bhp at 5750 rpm and 162 lb.-ft. of torque at 4000, which is about 30 percent more than the stock car. What's most noteworthy about this powerplant is its smooth delivery of power.It runs to 60 mph in 7.5 seconds and the quarter mile in 15.7.

ya i was talkng about the The Lancer Ralliart i love the 2 cars and another qustion what dose a stock right off the line SRT-4 do in the 1/4 mile

 

SRT-4 runs high 13's stock. It runs 0-60 in 5.3 seconds - It has over 2 sec on the mazda you are talking about, in both departments. Are you kidding? Why are you comparing a SRT-4 to a Ralliart? There is no circumstance where the ralliart can even touch the srt.

If you follow my first reply, and are looking into something fast, and like mazda, look into the mazdaspeed protege, if you can find one. At least with a bit of work, you might be as fast as an srt-4 stock.
