The O4s are cheaper... they also have a slightly different PCM, I belive, so they have a different part number for the stage kits. Other than that, nada.

 

i live here in baltimore and i called one of the local dodge dealerships in glen burnie (nearest that i no of) and they told me that stage one for my car is not out yet and yet i here alot of people on this forum talking about it any insight on a part number for an 05 or a dealer i can call and buy it from. thanks for the help

 

Last I checked the stage kits were not out yet... but I am a little out of the loop at the moment, plus "my" car is an 04

the warranty on the 04's are 7/70, and 05's have a 3/36.

the stage kits for the 05's have been out for months. call up moparsupercenter and talk to jeff, he can get you whatever stage you want.

 

yea we ended up buying the extended 7year 85000 mile 0 deductible just in case i dont plan on doing to much to it and the local dealership told me today that if it is installed at there dealership they will except stage 2 without toys

 

i'll tell you the same thing that i tell every owner, don't have dodge install anything on your car. it's complete bull that they'll warranty it if they install it. it makes no difference who installs the parts, it just makes the dealer happy that you spend hundreds of dollars having them install something that you could have done yourself. not to mention that most of the time these techs have never worked on our cars before, so they have no clue what they are doing.

you're much better off finding a good local owner who can help you install the parts yourself.

 

if i have to i'll pack up the wife and buy the parts and drive to your area and talk you into the work
