I have a 2005 dodge neon srt4 with 67800 miles, when driving it normal it drives just fine, but when i put the gas all the way down it, it seems like the intake p0ps and the engine begins to act up like its fluttering and the turbo gauge goes crazy i dont know what it could be, its almost like there is something stoping it from going to its full potential , i changed the plugs and the coil and wires, that didnt change the problem it has msd coil and wires , it has a litttle typhoon intake but idk if that could be it , also everything is pretty much stuck, idk if its the vacume lines if they are all messed up or what, but other then that the engine is pretty much stock, is there aany aftermaket parts i could buy to make this stop or anything please help thanks

 

I had a problem with my turbo that sounds similar. I would step on the pedal it would take a long time for it to build up any boost. Luckly it was only a crack in one of the hoses that was letting all the pressure out.
