Driving down the highway at 70mph yesterday and of course no cruise in the car so I had my foot on the gas pedal the whole time, well all of a sudden my car studders and my turbo won't whined up! Push in the gas and it wont whined up! I stopped and took a look and nothing looked wrong so I wanted to get off the highway and did so but I could only go 10mph and that was it if I pushed the gas in farther it would spudder

Anyone have a clue what is wrong?
