hey, im posting for a friend...he has an 03 stratus and wants to convert it from an auto to manual. he recently had an 04 SRT-4 he just rolled,...the motor is great!!! he wants to know if he can use the tranny and stuff out of that and put it in his 03 stratus. im not sure what the engine codes and stuff are, im an import guy.

if the tranny wont fit, does anyone know what we'd need from a salvage yard, right now on the top of my head i can think of

tranny
linkage
tranny mount (maybe)
master and slave cylender

I cannot guarantee it, but it should be a simple swap. If it has the 2.4L then it should be a straight swap, as far as bolting right up. As you already mentioned, you will need some stuff. Your gonna need alot of little "this and that" parts that are gonna be a pain and add up. You might need the CV shafts, computer, wiring, flywheel, etc. Good luck![sm=smiley20.gif]

What parts are still good on the SRT-4? I might be interested in some parts myself, like the front seats, hood, some interior parts, front bumper cover, etc.
