once again Iceman "KNIGHT ENGINEERING" has failed me. It has been two weeks since Andy at Iceman told me that my refund for my CAI was in the mail NO REFUND YET or is the mail in California moving slow and if it is they need to buy some SRT4s for mail delivery everyone would get there mail a day early[:@]

 

I could see that now a mailman flying down the street yelling look out as a manilla envelope weighing 1 pound goes flying and decapitating some poor animal???

did you try calling back again to see if it was processed yet

dude this Andy @ Iceman has vanished from the face of the earth when you call Knight Engineering "Iceman" all you get is a recording telling you to leave a message and we will get back to you asap "Yeah Right" I have a friend that knows him on a personal level so he gave me Andys personal cell number so i calle it once to talk to him he told me personally he will mail the check to me two weeks ago after that he cancelled the cell phone so i have left messages on the buisness phone once a day every day until he contacts me[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

 

i always here people say make complaints to the better business bureau did you pay by credit card if so most credit cards offer help with that sort of stuff

Once again i have called and left a message with Iceman GUESS WHAT no response. unfortunately i used my check card w/visa logo but since it is tied to my checking account directly visa cant help in this matter that if the first thing that i checked with[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

 

but the bank wont help out either at least with an addresse of the other accont

 

no the bank says that i made the purchase in good faith they also said for my protection next time i make a purchase over the phone or internet use a credit card not a check card because the credit card people visa,MC,discover what ever it is they will fight for you to get your money back.
