I have a 05' SRT-4 and I have no mods on it yet . I bought it new and it had no miles on it or no prev. owner. Once I got about 3000 miles on it I started to get a check eng. light on and every time i pulled the code it would say "eng. over boost"! I would take the code off but it would come on every 200 miles or so. Dealer couldnt find anything wrong and it hasnt came on but one in the last 4000 miles. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of this before?

 

check the vacuum lines going to the wga, sounds like you blew one. overboost means exactly that, the car is boosting too much. this is usually the case once you start modding and don't change the ecu, but if you're stock then it means that there's probably a loose or disconnected vacuum line somewhere.
