boost problems

I have a 2005 SRT-4 ACR neon, most of the time when I get on it it boosts from 15-17 psi, but lately I will get on it a few times and after that it will only boost 5-10 psi and wont go passed that. It doesnt even feel like it has the same amount fo power, my car is all stock does anyone have any info on what is causing this and if I need to check it out.
