Ha Ha! Teh N00B strikes again...
Ok, so I have an 04 SRT-4. but I don't want to void the warranty...
So here's a simple Q...
Can I add a BOV and still keep my warranty?
I might have to call Dodge on that but I thought you guys might now, since there seem to be SRT-4 gods floating around...
Also, in a totally unrelated Q... will 18x8.5 rims fit in a stock body? Or will i need extensions on my lugs?

8.5 may be a bit wide. I have 8s and my lugs are barely threaded. Try new studs if you want to go that wide. They'll stick out quite a bit, and thats never any fun either. You'll look like a mexi-melt with a ford escort on gold 13" dayton player wheels. You dont want that.
BOV? Nope wont void the warranty. Any repair that would be directly correlated to the BOV, such as if it were to by some unknown stretch of the imagination cause damage to something, that repair would be null and void. But not the entire warranty. Its not like your putting a new clutch, flywheel, cams, etc etc into the engine. Its a little BOV. BUT...call them first to make sure. Some wont work on cars with even a Mopar BOV, let alone a UPP, flange and full-out BOV.

Ahh, thanks for the insight, I will double check with that BOV Q.
Also I'll think about toning down the width of the rims... maybe 18x8's or 7.5...
Any suggestions on those?
