Mine came without the decals. I was pretty happy about that. It does look A LOT nicer without I think. In regards to taking them off. Take a heat gun and peal them off gentally and you should be all set. Not heat it too long though otherwise you could hurt the paint. My advise use a hair dryer if you have one available. Less heat and less chance of damage.
