Default ATR SRT-4 Catback Exhaust

Modern performance has this for approx. $529.
No resonator....3 inch ...Catback

Someone posted on this before but no one commented on it and then the discussion got on catless and downpipe only and never came back to the posted question. Anyhow...

As everyone knows the Mopar is 2.5 with one resonator and approx 350 dollars.

Since I want to keep mine street legal, and dont want to do the install myself (so I dont want to mess with the downpipe or the 02 housing) this seems like a good option.

QUESTIONS:
Wondering if anyone installed it? Was it a pain or approx. the same as the Mopar to install?
Anyone know the horsepower gain vs the Mopar catback?
Anyone know how loud it is? Without a resonator on a drive to work car ...it might get to be too much? Anyone have a similar system want to comment on the noise/sound?
Any street legal problems associated with zero resonator?

Thanks for the help!

I'll post a reply for my own question:

Most states require a muffler or at least a resonator something to reduce noise. Turbo although considered a noise reducer in and of itself will usually not cut the mustard. So in my state I would be non street legal without the resonator. Mopar 2.5 catback here I come.

Since were talking exhaust...Is there any good exhaust systems avalible that are quieter than the stock one? I don't like to be noticed sometimes, and the stock, in my opinion, is too loud and draws attention. I preffer not to loose hp, but I feel there is no other way to quiet her down. Any help apprieciated.
