Hey guys. New here. So I'm about to buy an srt 4. An 03. But I was wondering if it came with a blow off valve. It has stage 2 upgrade from dodge. The person selling it to me says it doesn't come with it but I swear I heard it when I went to the test drive. I don't know if it was the cold air intake or if it already sound like that every time I shift. Thanks guys.
