I don't mess with the turbo at all, that's like doing heart surgery...as far as the oil catch can goes, it won't add any HP but it will make your engine run better and maybe last a little longer. You can buy one for about $90 or follow the directions on another forum and make your own...[&:]

All the spring does is adds a delay on the opening of the wastegate. It will work, but over time the PCM will adjust to the new spring and the boost will go back to the true factory settings.
As far as an oil catch can... Thats a MUST HAVE !! if you don't over time your FMIC will be all oily and as the oil get burnt, and dirty it will coat the inside of the IC. Over time this will cause the IC to lose the ability of function as designed.
