Front plate holder hole...
Gee....I wonder where/who you saw do that? Actually, I never had the plate on my car. Stopped twice for speeding and the cop never noticed. I guess 85mph in a 35mph zone distracts them, especially when you pull over and wait for them to catch up.

I had that stupid hole too. But when I got into my accident and got the new bumper put on, I made sure that they only drilled the two holes in the top of the bumper underneath the crosshairs so that Id never have to see that stupid hole if I were ever to take the front plate off.

Just think, if you think that single hole in the center of your bumper is bad, my friend Jonny that goes to class with me bought a used 04 SRT-4 from Boch Dodge up here in Norwood, MA. They DRILLED two holes ABOVE the crosshairs, INTO the bumper to put the plate and bracket on. It wasnt an SRT bracket to say the least....and now his bumper is seriously ****ed. Id rather just deal with that one hole, than two HUGE holes that a dealer put in because they're too cheap to spend the 47 bucks on the SRT plate bracket.
I spent nothing on my bracket...it was uhhhh given to me?? I mean...stolen? Nahhh thats not it either. Right Paul?

P.S. Paul...you didnt have the plate on at first...but later on a month or so before you got rid of the car you put it on. See the two pix I posted. The second pic is from September of 04, the last one is from April of 05. [8D]

actually in texas they passed a new law in may that you no longer have to have a front license plate present.
actually in texas they passed a new law in may that you no longer have to have a front license plate present.
A person commits an offense if the person operates on a public highway a passenger car that does not display two (2) license plates, at the front and rear of the vehicle.....
I wish you were right and you only needed the rear plate but the front plate is required.
