If you have ONLY the mopar exhaust and a stage one modification, and are an average driver, what do you think are the chances that you could run 13.5 through the quarter mile? Is this feasible?

 

I've run a 13.8 with those mods when the weather was cool.....

Conceiveable, but pretty unlikley. Pretty much gotta have a drag racing god behind the wheel, perfect conditions, and a tailwind. If someones claiming that, they need some serious facts, like two or more impartial witnesses, a slip, and maybe video to top it off

 

Noooo,,,no one was claiming it, but my thinking was, if people can run somewhere around a base 14 completely stock, that MAYBE those two things, in and of themselves, would be enough to put you to a 13.5. Thanks for answering!

 

Don't forget to lower the tire air pressure if you try it........

Stage I + Exhaust + 2.00 60' or better would probably get you a 13.5.

There's two ways to get that 2.00 60'... earn it (on street tires) or buy it (drag radials or slicks)... the rest is just a matter of shifting quickly at the right time...
