Default Tires

Hey guys i didn't know where to post this message so here i am. I was wondering how you ship tires (package/delivery method). Is just wrapping them good enough? I live in canada and i'll be shipping them to the US what shipping company should i go with?

Thanks

just tape them together and stick a label on them. that's how i've always done it and received tires. ups i know will ship like that, not sure about fedex. fedex is generally a lot cheaper though, so i would try there first.

If you have wheels on them, put a circular piece of cardboard in between each tire.

I don't think you're supposed to tape more than two together; makes them too heavy/unwieldy.

Yeah BigMac is right. If its just tires put them in sets of twos, tape them together and ship them that way. Thats how I've always recieved tires also.

And either UPS or FedEx, compare prices before shipping and find out which one works out for you. You can use their online shipping calculators by typing in the two addresses/zip codes and the shipping weight of all four of them. When I sold wheels and tires for RIPSIGUY I want to say that it was 80 bucks for all four of them maybe a bit more. but that was wheels AND tires. Tires themselves are alot cheaper.
