MY 04 srt is having some problems, the person that had this car before me tried to bypass the boost solenoid and its only boosting to 4-5 psi so I believe its on wastegate spring pressure, also I have a BOV and and I believe stage 1 fuel system but when I start my car cold or it hasn't been run in a few hours it just cranks for a long time then it will kinda stutter but then starts right up. also my fuel regulator reads over 65 all the time and but my ECU shoot a system lean code. Could I run and new wastegate and a higher psi spring to control boost rather than the solenoids or what should I do. I have a diablo sport too.
