Im have trouble with the stock turbo. Long story short, had to install a stock turbo because of smog. Im not getting any boost past 0. I looked at the stock vacuum Diagram and installed the lines just like the diagrams. I had to get a new pcm so do i need to program it to manage the turbo properly or do i have a major leak somewhere? ( i did not see any loose or ripped hoses anywhere) Can any one please give me any advice on this.
