Changed wires to MSD and spark plugs to NGK Irridiums ans still i get sputtering, its not all the time but every now and then i get a sputtering from the car when i drive in low RPM's and then some serious popping from the exhaust. PSI Chick said something about TPS but dont know where to start with that.

Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order. In this case, it is generally a quick replacement(depending on whether or not you have a good shop) and covered under warranty.
