i believe you mean s2 wastegate...and as far as the choice between the two, I would personally go for the short throw shifter, just cause I LOVE to shift quickly. The exhaust (im assuming you mean the mopar/borla catback) will certainly give you a noticeable difference. get it. occ and mbc are relatively easy installs. Look at the sticky thread at the top of the forum page about OCC install directions, very helpful. good luck

I would get a STS. I have a Perrin STS and stage 1 also. But if you decide to go with the STS then you have to decide on what name brand you want, if you dont go with the mopar STS.

The biggest HP/Torque gain will be with a Stage 1, upgraded intake, and the Mopar/Borla exhaust. One of the major features of the Stage 1 are the pops and blips it adds to your exhaust when you take your foot off the gas. The STS will result in a shorter throw but with a little more effort (you can't "buy" changes to the laws of physics!).....you might want to consider upgraded plug wires and maybe better plugs as well........

The OCC is a simple five minute install, even I had no problem!!!

Go with the Denso ITL16's and 9mm wires. They have the set of 4 plugs and wires on sparkplugs.com for $100.

i would go with the agp wastegate, cuz to me a sts isn't that important. i bet if two people raced with the mods u have and one person has a sts and the other has the agp wastegate the one with the wastegate would win. hold more boost or .5 of second quicker shifts.
just my 2 cents
