Default srt4 security system issue

Hello everyone, I just purchased a 2005 dodge neon srt4 with acr package, ill explain symptoms and all actions that happened beforehand
everything worked before doing this work.

Did:
disconnected both neg and positive battery terminals
dash removal to change tweeters (ended up not changing, still connected)
driverside door removal to change speaker - wiring is shot, no speaker in place currently
removed stereo face plate to check continuity, did not unplug stereo itself
redid aftermarket sub ground connection
put all back together aside from driverside door speaker

What happened:
Car doesnt start, security light on (solid)
checked all fuses, pcm connections tried reconnecting battery
Left car alone for an hour with battery disconnected
Reattached battery to try something mentioned on another forum, didnt work
disconnect battery

30 mins later try to reconnect battery and it immediately sounds the horn and alarm system

What do i even do now?

I’m having the same kind of issue on my 2004 SRT4. Disconnected battery to do some work and when I reconnected it the security light was on and it wouldn’t start. I put a few new fuses in and it worked just fine for about a day. As I’m driving to get it registered the security light comes back on and I lose power until I got so slow the car just shut itself off, so I had to be rescued by a friend
