05 neon srt 4 issues??

05 neon srt 4 issues??
I recently just purchased a used srt 4, has a few problems i believe?
*List of mods:
*3" mpx exhaust
*agp wastegate (19psi of boost) stock turbo
*walbro 255 fuel pump
*msd coil (oem wires)
*new ngk plugs gapped at .030
*(i believe stock sensors)
*(i believe stock computer)
* aem wideband (idle 14.6-15.1) (wot around 10-12)
**check engine lights on for P0141
*****Did have overboost codes (looks like caped soleniods?)
***WOT somtimes revs up to 3500-4000rpms and falls out or bogss down
******when into Full Boost it Pops and dies out and i have to let off and get back into throttle
Note do have a AF scan gauge (but when plugged in It lights up both led lights ontop, and screen lights up as well but then just a lit up black screen no words or anything)
