Burning a Hole
$400 huh.....Lets see, intake $200, sts $100-150,Mopar blow off $70, Sounding like a jet plain and flying threw the gears.......Priceless...Sounds to me like you can get all the mods that you want!!!
I'd suggest a used Stage 1 PCM ($200-250 from SRTForums) and a new Mopar STS ($100-130).
IMO a CAI/SRI costs too much for the small gain you'll get -- and some pretty knowledgeable folks say you'll get nothing from it beyond the cool sound.
Oh, and for about $120 you can get the PT/ACR swaybar setup -- an excellent bang-for-buck handling mod.

Not necessarily the mopar STS. I've heard better things about the Maddog STS actually. PSIChick has had both, in fact, and she recommended the Maddog one.
I didn't say the Mopar is better. It's cheaper (< $100 if he sells his stocker after replacing it); and some dealers won't object to a Mopar mod like they would a "no-name" replacement.
No way am I knocking the Maddog STS; I've heard nothing but good things about it.
