Ok my buddy has an '04 srt-4 and he wants to get an HKS SSQ. But the thing is, he also has a K&N CAI. My question is, will the intake affect what he needs to get, as far as the stuff to buy along with the BOV?? Does he only need to get the UPP/UHP (and/or which one??) and the BOP, or are there other necessities that need to be combined with the intake?? [/threadjack]

i have same intake which has nothing to do with a bov. all you need is:BOV, block off plate, and a new cold side pipe/up pipe/upper pressure pipe/upper hard pipe all of these are the same thing. when he orders it eather have them put a hks flange on or if he welds do it himself then change out your cold pipe with the new flange on it and install the bov on the flange. take the line thats going in to your stock surge valve and cap it, use the line that is supplyed with the bov and T it off of your throtle body line and then install a block off plate where your stock surge valve once was.

OH YAAAA!! CRAP!! I keep thinking that the intake pipe is the intercooler pipe for some reason... Man, I'm a dumbass!! Sorry about that. Anyways, thanks for all the info, it's been really helpful.

Oh ya, I also forgot to mention that my buddy already has a mopar BOV (blue plate, I THINK) currently on his car. It came like that when he bought it (used).
Will this affect anything, and/or will he need to replace anything, other than the aforementioned??
Lastly, does anyone else have any recommendations as far as brands for everything else but the BOV??

you will need to take off the mopar bov and put the bop there.
dont get exhaust depot hard pipes.. they suck hardcore (not the only person unhappy in my area) id go with jmb or agp.
