When it was stock I changed the plugs and wires to msd 8.5mm and ngk iridiums and it seemed to help with the high low idle sound. But now with stage 2w toys, maxfab modified borla, k&n typhoon cai the car idling sounds like it fluctuates up and down really bad but the tach doesnt move. It didnt bother me at first but the other day it got a little rough and almost cut off at a light. Any help would be great, Thanks.

 

Check your TPS wire, and your IAC sensor. Mine TPS and IAC are fine but for some reason my car STILL does that.

 

ill do that tommarow. Is the tps wires the ones that are so tight on the throttlebody. And what should I check for? Thanks again

 

If that doesn't work, try changing brands of gasoline. My friend at Valero Energy ( the largest oil refiner in the US) advised me that some of the oil products in the last few months have not been up to quality standards due to sea water contamination from Katrina in the storage tanks......
