Default Exhaust Question

What should I go with, 3 inch exhaust and o2 housing from MPx or just go with the perrin 3 inch turboback? Which one sounds the best on the car? Thanks

Default RE: Exhaust Question

I dont have experience with either of them, but if you check the "A few videos of my monster" thread, the last post I made contains a video of my 3" exhaust.

Stock 02 housing, stock flex pipe, 3" straight back, no cat, no resonators, crush bent (no performance isnt why I did it).

PSI chick has a video in her sig of a burnout which gives a good example of her exhaust, and Ill be damned if I could remember the name right now.

Bump for anyone with experience on either exhaust. I have heard good things about the MPx exhaust though.

Ive heard in person:
Mopar
Mine
CTI

I have never heard either of them for myself but I hear that the perrin exhaust sounds pretty good.

the mpx exhaust sounds horrible. a few people around here had it and just about all of them ended up taking it off either because of the sound or because the hangers break. the perrin is beautiful, but pricey.

my exhaust is a custom maxxfab set up. i have his 3" s3 o2 housing, interchangable dp, and a 3" stainless catback split into dual apexi n1 mufflers. he is now making a dual exit exhaust that is really nice, take a look at it!!!
