any idea how much 04-05 srt-4's will be in like 07-08?
Since that's when I'm getting my license (if, that is, I get on the goddamned A-Honor Roll, f*cking Dad's rule), I was wondering how much you think they'd be and if it would be a good idea to get one as a first car if it's affordable.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I think you should get another car first just so you can get an idea of how fast these little things are. My SRT-4 compared to my first car would absolutely leave it in the dust. Make sure you get use to the FWD, there’s a slightly different approach to driving it vs. a RWD Nissan 240SX I had or another RWD (referring to if you learn to drive in a truck). My dads always had little sports car, so I was lucky. It is a good choice for a first car. Hope to see you in the ranks soon!
I think that its entirely up to you if its your first vehicle or not. By then I'd say they would be 15k and under, and there will always be used ones around, though possibly not that plentiful in years to come. By 07/08 you may be looking into an entirely different SRT-4 model....
IF it is your first car, and your making the payments and such, put the insurance in your dad's name.....it'll do you a huge favor and whoever's paying for the insurance a huge cut in how much they're paying. Just an FYI
