I have just ordered a Hallman Pro manual boost controller, if i turn the boost up, i was wondering if the stock boost controller and the stock waste gate acuator will handle it. I was planning on turning it up to 15 psi, will this work?

 

it should work on 15 psi. don't go higher than 17psi. stock wastegate can't handle more than that. it will drop down. enen then you are asking for trouble at 17 psi. so yes 15psi is ideal. if you want to get more boost then you need to get a bigger wastegate. maybe the AGP.

 

Dont even try setting it at 16psi, even with stage 1 you'll have issues. Try 15psi and if you get the part throttle overboost code, turn it down a notch.
