anybody know what gauges dale has set up on his dash? i was able to id the air/fuel ratio gauge, but i am not sure of the others. ones gotta be oil pressure, but what do you think the other one is?

 

If you think the pod install is scary, don't even ask about that other gauge, it's a pyrometer, for measuring EGT (exhuast gas temprature).
The sensor for this must be inserted into the exhaust manifold, which requires drilling and tapping same

 

I want an A/F gauge also. but, to my understanding (what ive been reading) it doesnt take with the stock O2. I've emailed Autometer and they said that i have to replace it. Also, they cant tell me where's the signal wire and which O2 should be tapped into: Upstream or Downstream... If any of you guys get it to work... post it....

You will want the O2 sensor that is before the cat, the second one just tells the PCM that the cat is good or bad.

 

Any suggestion, RR, on which O2 to buy for the car. is it the one on the O2 housing? also, which is the signal wire.

Myself, I would add another cheap generic O2 sensor that the gauge is OK with in the O2 housing.

That I do not know, I've never messed with any O2 sensors other than remove and replace.
