how would you take advantage of someone who is sellling their used stage 1 or stage 2 pcm? is there a reflash that mopar does or can you do something yourself?

 

Give Modern Performance a call. The guy I talked to when I bought mine knew of folks that did that stuff.

You just need a DRB-III or someone who has one and you go into the PCM re-program mode. Just flash in the VIN, and if you dont want the p0663 code, flash in the skim as well

 

If you trust your dealer and they are willing - you could have them do it. I had it done at a dealer. Really any can do it. - If you need instructions, I had them a year and a half ago - i could try to dig them up. Let me know.

Make sure you get the c-4 block with the ecu as well. Also, a company called Flight Systems can reflash it mail order style, but you will end up with the afore-mentioned code cause it will not be installed in the vehicle when they do it. From what I understand, the code is a nuisance that you will not know you have because it does not cause a dash light or driveability issues.
