Default wheels?

I saw a set of wheels online the other night but don't know if they can fit. They are 18x8 with a +38 offset. Sorry no pics. Any help would be great.

Avoiding brake caliper clearance means getting something- 35mm-40mm

Generally 35-45mm offsets fit. Depends on the spoke though.

I say they'd fit. ACR wheels are a +40mm, we are +45mm.

you can always go in to a tire shop and try them out if your planing on getting them over the net. the tire shop i got mine from worked so hard to get my business by working hard and going way out of there way and droping the price to something id like i just had to get them there. and ive sent a few people there way. i kinda got off topic but it cant hurt and keeps it on the safe side.

i agree 38 should be all right.

They should fit but they might be a bit close to the strutts. I'm running an 8" wheel w/ a 35mm offset, and I'm about 1/4" to 3/8" away from the strutt w/ 245's on it. If you go with a 235 or 225 tire, it should be fine. A 245 would be about 1/8" to 1/4" away from the strutt. OR run an 1/8" spacer which will, in effect, make it a 38mm offset. And a 1/8" spacer isn't that bad.
