Ok, I may want to kick myself for asking, but I can't take it anymore....

I bought my SRT used. It already had a Mopar BOV & Apexi TT. How would I tell if it has the Stage 1 ECM? Sadly to say, I couldn't even find where the PCM is (sad, I know). Any help/pics/slaps to the face would be appreciated!

Thanks!
B

RE: Newbie Question re: Stage 1
Dodge tried to hide the PCM on our cars. It is mounted to the radiator suports on the drivers side, look under your air box. If it has a Stage PCM the part number will start with a 'P'. Other wise it will have a normal part number starting with a '5' or maybe a zero.

Excellent! Thanks BigE. I really feel stupid now. I put an AEM SRI in and didn't even notice! I was thinking it was up in the dash or something....

Cool. I hope you get lucky and find a Stage 1 or 2 kit installed.

RE: Newbie Question re: Stage 1
Ok, I found it. Quite easy when you know where to look (thanks BigE). There are several numbers on it though. Which one is the part number? There are two or three numbers that start with a P, and two more that start with numbers, then one that starts with a T. BigE?
