Wasn't necessarily at the tracks... I guess you can call it the tracks though... went to the street races in La Puente over here in LA. I mad peeled out on almost all my take offs, luckily I have all my other gears on lock so that didn't mess me up as much. I still was able to take out that little turbo hatch that was tail gaiting me on the way to the races, so that was ok. I will take your advice Mchat, Last night I practiced a bit in my neighborhood streets... lol. Took some pressure off my front tires, and started doing take offs, I did one really clean one, will probably keep practicing tonight.

 

April 8th opening day here. (Martin) Since in the old days when we may still be getting snow untill mid May that made sense, but with the weird mild weather we've been having, they could open sooner now.

XXYyxYXxizzy, I launch at 1700 rpm, get the clutch out quickly, roll onto the gas, short shift to second and run about 22 psi in my 225 55 16 yes, 16 Fuzions. Gets me a 2.1 60 foot with no mods what-so-ever.
