He was easy. but i've done the following, 18 inch enkei rs6 mags/dunlop sp sport 225/40zr tires, mopar bov, ATP pressure pipe both sides of the intercooler, mopar borla(3 inch) exhaust, ATP 3inch down pipe and performance cat, MSD ignition coil, MSD red wires, Greedy E-01 multi tasker, mopar short throw shifter, booger shifter bushings, home made functional ram air hood useing stock hood, K&N air filter. That was the set up when we raced and he had a lot more $$$$ under the hood then i did. I had a pile of parts show up today. My mopar pcm for the '04's showed up and i installed it, what a diffrence that made. Also got my KW coilovers, Nitrous express intercooler set(which i will use with CO2 gas), AGP wastegate actulator. Next on the agenda is a better fuel pump and regulator thinking about aeromotive's FPR set up. Last time at the track i ran 13.5 to 13.8(bone stock with 600 miles on it)all night long got into the 13.5's with a borrowed pair of centerline 15x9 with mickey thompson slicks from a friends modified '02 turbo(aftermarket)r/t neon. I'm willing to bet my check that i'm at a solid 300+ whp and probaly high 11's low 12's( spanked my friends N2O camero)to date when i'm done doing what i want to it i will post both dyno and track numbers. My next to do list is to get some more rubber on the ground it spins like crazy!

What mods would you suggest i start off with....right now i only have about 500 for mods.....and also i'd like to keep my warranty...

i figure, MP BOV, MP short shifter, intake and then i'm clueless from there...also what are the prices for the mp bov and short shifter? is there anything else mopar makes except the stage 1?.....are they gonna come out with a new stage for the 04's?

thanks in advance,

Lets see $500, humm. Yep it can be done. But here is some things you need to think about. The Mopar BOVfits on the turbo and is almost complety out of sight except from prying eyes. All aftermarket ones mount on the pressure pipe between the intercooler and throdle body and point to the passenger side or stright down. Now here is the heated debate i've been in. 1. It's better to vent half way between the throdle body and intercooler outlet(all aftermarket Turbo xs, Greedy, etc) 2. It's better to vent at the turbo(Mopar). differenceis $$$ an boost. Now back to the $500 limit. Mopar BOV 68.99 at modernperformance.com. AGP wastegate acculator $149 at turboneonstore.com. boost controller$50 at same place, but it is manual.(carefull here the mopar bov will not work over 20psi, anything over that will be vented to the air and may damage the BOV) AEM short ram intake $165.67 at modernperformance.com Thats got you around $433(don't forget shipping) And last some Booger shifter buishings, they are hard plastic $21.99=455.67(without shipping charges). This will have you one fast ride. If you change/update you can always ebay the old stuff to get some of your money back. The Mopar short shifter is around $100 and includes the booger bushings that you can keep for spares or sell. As i'm finding out i'm right on the limit of my Mopar BOV. So i will have to use another BOV on the intake as there is none that mounts to the stock turbo location. I have installed a ATP pressure pipe on both sides of the intercooler some mods agoand will have to uncap its BOV flangefor a Greedy typs s style to get me into viper, vette ZO6 range 26-28 psi boostthat i want. And i am also gunning for a high 9/10 secondpump gas car.And hope i don'tthrow a rod doing it but i see it getting there. So to the point you need to think about were you want to go with it before you buy anything.

Well i manufactured the one from the turbo to the intercooler from3 inch aluminum exhaust pipe and had a muffler shop bend it to fit the car for me. I ran it to with in three inches of the intercooler inlet and used a hard rubber hose(aturbo hose form a 18 wheeler)section to make it all fit together. If you ever get your srt up on jacks you will see how restrictive the factory set up is. It is almost creased flat right under the oil pan(i went around the engine by the lower pulley with mine) For more ground clearence. It goes from i think3 inches round to 3 inches flat. You can really hear the turbo spool up now.

Thats right, no mufflers, just a couple resonators. Wish I could get away with that.
