Just some FYI
I figure this. Four versions.
Standalone with Toys
Standalone without toys
Upgrade from S2 with toys
Upgrade from S2 without toys
Why, you ask? Becuase the toys kit has a fourth connector on the PCM that contains pins. In S2, that connector gets a blank off plug. The without toys kit has no pins in that connector position. So some part of S3 must utilize those pins, something to do with the upgrade to the fuel system, which is referred to as a "demand regulated" system. My assumption is that the no toys S3 kit just puts new pins into existing plugs, like the Toys kit for S2 does.
I'm hoping for a 2K price for my upgrade, but that's a hope, not even an educated guess.

I'm confused, what set up are you actually going with?

If you have Stage 2 without toys, you will either have to sell it or do without toys for Stage 3 .
An interesting tidbit about the Stage 3 turbo recently surfaced. I have to dig for the details, but basically, the turbine wheel itself is made form some crazy alloy that while increasing the turbine and compresor wheels by a good bit, it's weight remains the same, so no additional lag, as you would normally have with a bigger turbo.
