I just have my fan on all the time instead of the "switch". It wont go past 180. When the coolant line to the turbo blew, the only thing that was my saving grace was the fan switch cooling me down so I wouldnt overheat.

 

OK. Now I get it. I was just confused as to what good it did. I know that cooler air is obviously denser, but I didn't get why having a lower opening temp would help. I see now. Thanks guys.
