Default WGA and EBC.....

As far as the Stg 2 WGA and Greddy Profec B-spec II EBC hook up goes, do I hook the Stg2 WGA up to the stock lines or reroute it like you would an AGP? The way I'm set up now is a cap on the stock WGA line. Turbo green line goes to the stock solenoid which I T'd into with the greddy going to the NO inlet on greddy solenoid. Should I cap the the green line past the T and cap the stock solenoid at that point? Then I have a line going from COM to WGA with the stock line capped. Should I just remove the old WGA line and cap the solenoid? The reason for my questions is that as it is, my car won't boost past 5psi with the EBC off, when it should be at about 14. Also, if I were to remove the EBC (I hope not!) to try to track down the problem, should I skip the stock solenoid when hooking the WGA back up and just go straight from turbo to WGA like the AGP is hooked up? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm stuck! Gonna check for boost leakes again and hope I come up with something. This is getting frustrating! Thank you guys for all your help.

I dont understand.

You want both!

A Wastegate is going to let you hold more boost, and be very reliable.

You cant just hook up a Boost controller to a stock wastegate and crank it up, thats how people ruin their cars.

Go with an AGP Wga, or Forge, or a Stage 2.

AGP preferred if you ask me, the only thing is you have to bend or cut the heat shield to get it to fit correctly.

im goin to bed.

Not trying to be a jerk, but it clearly says in my post that I have the Stg 2 WGA. I would NEVER attempt to raise my boost if I didn't already have Stg 1 and an upgraded WGA. My real question, or the main one anyway, was for someone with a little more experience than me with this set up to look over my post to reaffirm that I've hooked the WGA and EBC up right. Like I said, I'm not trying to be rude, just look over the post a little closer, that's all. By the way, could someone please shed some light my way. It would be greatly appreciated.

oh dude, lol, I meant to reply to a differnet post. If you go down the board halfway, there is a thread called "EBC vs AGP"

Thats the thread I meant to reply to.

Sorry for confusion.

On another note, go down to a thread called "MBC", theres a diagram in there which could help you.

I would try hooking it up like shown in this AGP instructions thread: AGP Installation. Try this...I have mine hooked up exactly like this and mine works great, granted it is AGP.
